We only collect what you send us, we only use it to reply to you and do your project, and we never sell it.

What we collect
When you use our contact or quote forms we collect your name, email address and anything else you choose to include (such as phone number, business name and your message). Our server also keeps short-lived technical logs (like IP addresses) to protect against spam and abuse.
How we use it
To reply to your enquiry, prepare quotes, deliver the work you've asked for, and keep the records we're legally required to keep. Our legal basis is your consent, our legitimate interest in replying to you, and, once you become a customer, the contract between us.
Who we share it with
We use a small number of trusted providers to run our business: Hostinger (servers), Resend (sending email from our forms) and Cloudflare (domain services). We don't share your details with anyone else unless we're legally required to, and we don't use advertising trackers.
Cookies
This website doesn't use tracking or advertising cookies. We store your light/dark theme choice in your browser, and the embedded Google Map may set its own cookies when it loads.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that don't turn into projects are deleted within 12 months. Customer records are kept for as long as the law requires (usually six years for financial records).
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you at any time by emailing info@deluxecreations.co.uk. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
