How long does it take?
Most Starter and Business sites are live within a week of us getting your text and photos. Bigger projects are usually two to four weeks — we'll give you a date before we start.
Do I need to know anything technical?
Not a thing. Tell us about your business, send a few photos, and we handle the rest — domain, email, hosting, Google, all of it.
Do I own the website?
Yes. Once it's paid for, it's yours. No lock-in, no hostage situations. If you ever want to move it, we'll help.
What if I don't have photos or wording?
No problem. We can write the text for you in plain English and use high-quality licensed photos until you have your own.
Are there any monthly fees?
No. The price you see is a one-off, and fast hosting, the SSL padlock, backups and security updates are all included. The only yearly cost is your domain renewal after year one. If you'd like extra changes time or priority help, there are optional Support plans — cancel any time.
