At Deluxe Creations, we strive to deliver high-quality web design services that meet our clients' expectations. However, we understand that circumstances may change. This policy outlines your rights regarding cancellations and refunds.
1. 14-Day Review Period
1.1 After the final version of the website is delivered to you, you will have a 14-day review period to request any changes or modifications.
1.2 During this period, we will make necessary adjustments based on your feedback to ensure the final product meets your satisfaction.
2. Cancellation Rights
2.1 If you are not satisfied with the website and no mutually agreed solution can be reached within the 14-day review period, you have the right to cancel your monthly payments.
2.2 The cancellation must be requested in writing within the 14-day review period following the delivery of the final website.
2.3 No cancellations will be accepted after the 14-day review period has expired, and all monthly payments will remain due as agreed.
3. Refund Policy
3.1 The upfront payment (initial design and development fee) is non-refundable under any circumstances. This fee covers the initial work, design, and development of the project.
3.2 If any monthly payments have been made in advance, they are refundable if the cancellation request is made within the 14-day review period.
3.3 Any work or services rendered during the cancellation process will still be billed and must be paid by the client.
4. No Refunds After 14 Days
4.1 Once the 14-day review period has passed, no refunds will be issued, and all monthly payments as outlined in the contract will be due as agreed.
